Use a strong password.
A good password is easy to remember but difficult for a computer to break. Getting the balance between complexity and memorability is a challenge, but you can accomplish this by using a memorable phrase as a password. For example: TeaFor2AtTwelve! or 3GoodDogsEat!
The Recall Score and Security Score above attempt to offer guidance on your password quality. Recall reflects how easy the password is to remember, where as Security reflects the weakness of the password. On modern computer hardware against a vulnerable computer system an average 8 character password can be broken in less than 3 days!
